Graduating with her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Spanish and Psychiatry from Vanderbilt University in 1997, Dr. Hedrick went on to earn her Medical Degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2002.

Furthering her training, she completed  both her General Psychiatry Residency and Child\ and Adolescent Fellowship at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center in 2006 and 2008, respectively. 

With an unwavering commitment to her specialty, the doctor is board certified in General Psychiatry and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.
