“Fainting or Munchausen Syndrome?”
Can someone faint falling forward, face down, with their arms behind their back? Not sure of meds, but did have some head trauma over 10 years ago.

Pretty unlikely with fainting. Munchausens is always a lot more than just this type of spell.
