Whenever you feel your symptoms need treated
It depends on how much relief you get from one session and how long it lasts. Start with 1-3 sessions per week.
Mend starting on once a week and as you feel you are improving you can begin to space out the treatments.

I start with twice a week for anxiety. Once it's under control and stays under control between treatments, I go to once a week, then once every 2 weeks, and so on. It can be extremely helpful!
I would recommend coming weekly as a maintenance, if the anxiety is severe it’s good to start with twice a week and once we get you to a good place just keep up with the maintenance trearments

Yes you should get acupuncture and massage with herbs; these should help you get rid of your anxiety and stress gradually. It takes you 2-3t/week for a couple weeks and then do observation for a while!
2-3 times/week 12 times total. Read more here: https://philaacupuncture.com/treatment-for-anxiety/
Once a week should be enough to get acupuncture for anxiety.
ONE OR TWO TIMES A WEEK. YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE YOUR ADRENAL GLAND TESTED VIA THE SALIVA AND SEE WHERE YOUR CORTISOL LEVEL IS. IF STRESS IS THE CAUSE THEN THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. TAKE SUPPLEMENT THAT HAVE A CALMING EFFECT. GABA IS ONE OF THOSE SUPPLEMNTS.
How often you need treatment is going to be dependent on the severity of your issue. In other words: how bad is your anxiety? For mild to moderate issues, acupuncture once per week for a few weeks can typically improve the problem. For more severe issues, it may take 2-3 treatments per week for a couple of weeks to get things under control. Patients should not expect to commit to multiple treatments per week for extended time periods. Personally, I don't go more than 3 weeks with a patient coming in more than once per week unless there are extenuating circumstances.
