“How to manage a fatty liver?”
I’ve had a nonalcoholic fatty liver for some time, (years), and no gallbladder. My question is can I take trimethylglycine and TUDCA together?

I am not aware of evidence showing a contraindication to take both supplements, TUDCA and trimethylglycine. In the absence of diabetes, weight loss is one of the most beneficial interventions to improve non-alcoholic fatty liver.
