“When did I conceive or get pregnant?”
I want to know when I got pregnant. I had my period on 11/12 September 2021. It lasted for 5-6 days, 11/12 - 18 September 2021. I had unprotected sex on the 14th of September 2021. During my period. Then I had unprotected sex again on 23 September 2021 and again on 26 September 2021. Again on 2 October 2021. I took a morning after Plan B on 1 October 2021. I tested for pregnancy on 9 October 2021 got a negative result. I tested again on 11 October 2021 with a clear blue and it's said 2-3 weeks pregnant. I really want to know when conception occurred. Was it on 14 September or 23 September or 26 September? My app shows the medium chance of getting pregnant is on 22, 23, 24 September and high change on 25 26 27 September and medium again on 28 September. It also says ovulation day was on 27 September 2021. Please help. Yesterday the doctor said that I am 25 weeks 2 days and my baby is 24 weeks and 6 days. My due date is 19 June 2022.

Its difficult to know for certain but based on what you’ve described, if the doctor is saying that you are now 25 wks 2 days, you likely conceived (ie had fertilization of the egg) 23 wks and 2 days ago, within a week of that estimate.
I assume your doctor came up confirming your due date of 6/9/22 by sonogram. That is usually closed within a few days. Sometimes the spotting or bleeding does not always reflect your last period. If there were multiple sex partners during this time, there are tests to confirm this, usually after delivery. A follow-up sonogram should confirm your due date and help predict when you conceived.
