I am suffering from abdominal cramps along with loose motions. Is it a sign of IBS?

Abdominal cramps can be a sign of a variety of GI disorders, including IBS.
Yes, cramping and change in bowel habits are classic for IBS, but a formal diagnosis should be made by a GI physician. Make sure something else is not being missed.
These symptoms can often indicate Irritable bowel syndrome or they may be symptoms of a more serious condition. Do not ignore them please. Vist a Gastroenterologist soon. Feel better.
