How can I better handle my panic attacks?

I am a 34-year-old male who has panic attacks almost every day. How can I better handle my panic attacks?

Meditation is the best technique for panic attacks. The trick is to do them as soon as you start to feel the attack.
It is very hard for us to do that. Go see a therapist or two and learn from them
