Should I stop eating chocolate because of acne?

I periodically break out with acne, and I think this has a lot to do with my diet. I understand that greasy foods aren't usually good, but should I also avoid eating chocolate?

Hello, chocolate does have caffeine in it. But can be ok if you are eating it in moderation. Dark chocolate is better. If you have acne prone skin it's best if you used a acne cleanser to help offset the breakouts! Hope this helps
Most of the current evidence points towards high glycemic index foods (sugars and white rice/breads) as well as low fat milk being worse than whole milk. There is no evidence that greasy foods worsen acne but certainly they should be eaten in moderation due to usual high caloric intake.
If you have made the connection that every time you have chocolate your acne gets worse, then please limit your chocolate intake. If there is no association then please consume chocolate in healthy moderation.
Milk can also aggravate acne. Eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Small amounts of chocolate are okay.
