Get to know Wound Care Physician Dr. Eric Y.T. Yang, who serves patients in LaGrange, Illinois.

Dr. Yang is an experienced wound care physician working at AdventHealth Medical Group Wound Care LaGrange in Illinois. 

His goal is to improve wound care across the continuum of care. This care is enhanced through personalized service, collaboration across specialties, integration of best practices, and use of advanced treatment modalities including hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

A 1987 graduate of the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Dr. Yang went on to perform his residency in general surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 1993.

With over 35 years of experience, he is board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS). The ABS is an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge.

Treating adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, Dr. Yang is affiliated with Amita Health Adventist La Grange Medical Center, Amita Health Adventist Medical Center Bolingbrook, Amita Health Adventist Medical Center GlenOaks, and Amita Health Adventist Medical Center-Hinsdale.
