Can dentures cause gum recession?
A complete denture does not cause gingival recession. If it is a Removable Partial Denture it may cause some gingival recession around where the remaining teeth are supported the RPD. READ MORE

Yes, you can. Under a Pontic in an implant bridge, or interproximally both sides following the emergence profile of the implant to remove all bacterial plaque that accumulate underneath. What is the life of a tooth implant?
It depends of many circumstances, like the area, quality and quantity of bone and the amount of connective tissue, respecting the anatomical structures, the length, width, system, etc. smoker or not. It could last short period of time like creating inflammation, infection of the around the implant called periimplantitis. Also, could last for many years according with studies, 10,20,30 years.
