Thank you for the question about a ruptured Achilles tendon. There is no direct answer. It depends on how the rupture was with it (was it complete or partial). I would suggest at the age of 34 that you get information from your treating physician so that you are well informed as to what type of rupture. Injuries like that need to be attended.
