What lifestyle changes have you made since your diagnosis?

I had to give up work, so I changed my diet at the same time. I was advised to cut down processed foods and red meat. Since my treatment, my appetite has shrunk, and I have to be careful with rich foods.

What impact have these changes had on your health and state of mind?

Health is still "iffy" which worries me at times, I tried "very healthy foods" but my body said "no way" so I have to juggle my diet to be somewhere in the middle. I just take life day by day, if I feel good I do more than when I have an off day.

What advice do you have for others who are trying to incorporate these changes into their lives?

You should have been given the "eat healthy" advice, try to follow it. If something feels wrong, seek advice/reassurance from the medical world.
