Chirag Patel

Chirag D. Patel, MD, FACC, FSCAI, is an interventional cardiologist at South Orange Avenue Medical Associates in South Orange and Newark, New Jersey. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he is a managing partner for the practice. He maintains hospital privileges at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and RWJUH New Brunswick. As a cardiologist, Dr. Patel specializes in medical diagnoses and treatments of multiple heart and circulatory disorders including congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, among others. Dr. Patel manages both general medicine and cardiovascular disease medicine and can perform both invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures.
