I have scoliosis. Can I exercise with scoliosis?

It really depends on how severe the scoliosis is and what type of exercise is being done.
There are Several variables to take in consideration regarding scoliosis. The degree of the scoliosis what direction is going in the type of scoliosis whether its functional or compensatory. Speaking, generally, there is a decreased concern with those that do exercise with a scoliosis. If you already have a workout routine that youve been doing I would continue doing that.
