Can eye strain be fixed with eye drops?

I have eye strain. Can eye strain be fixed with eye drops?

usually not
In some cases if your eyes are dry. Having an eye exam to see if a prescription will help comes first.
The first question that I have is, how do you know you have eye strain? Eye strain should be evaluated by an eye doctor and if this "straining" is a fact, possibly glasses or contact lenses can resolve this issue, unless it is something else?
Eye drops are used for many, many reasons, but not usually for eye strain. If your eyes are dry, artificial tears can be used when prescribed by an eye doctor. Eye drops are also used for infections, conjunctivitis, glaucoma, red eyes, viruses, and allergies to name a few. If you are concerned, I would suggest seeing an eye doctor so that your eyes can be properly evaluated and you can have an exact answer as to what, if anything is happening with your eyes.
Good luck and best wishes.
No.
If it’s dry eyes related then yes.
Eye strain is a subjective experience which often has no objective correlate. You may safely try to mitigate the strain with artificial tears or cool compresses.
