Can I take worm stop ( Mebendazole) if I am allergic to
porphyria and penicillin allergy and on bloodpressure meds

You should not have any issues taking Mebendazole with a penicillin allergy. The porphyria I see nothing about regarding an contradiction with Mebendazole either.
