Many times, yes with a combination of stretches, exercises and Chiropractic treatments.
Yes but it takes time! It takes adjustment, stretching and strengthening.
Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to correct years of bad posture. It does require specific corrective chiropractic care and spinal rehab to get great changes and see results. To schedule a new patient appointment, please go to www.Healthfromwithinstl.com
The short answer is yes. The process is more complicated. It involves lifestyle changes, sleeping positions and ergonomic changes at work. Not just the treatments at the clinic.
Yes. They need to take Xray and give u a treatment plan based on your posture .
Absolutely, Chiropractors are trained to put the body in it's natural alignment. Over time and a series of adjustments, posture can be corrected.
When ligaments and bones have been remodeled to accommodate the slumped or bent posture, that sets the difficulty of making a full postural correction to 'normal' Our goal in working with such a person, is to find an optimum posture For That Person at that time. By removing interferences to the healing powers of the body, we chiropractors facilitate that accommodation.
