I have Type 2 diabetes and my blood sugar is 159 and I have a bad headache am I ok?

Yes, you should be ok. It is likely your headache is not related to your blood sugar. If the sugar is below 180 after meals is in generally ok. You would still prefer to have a sugar under 140 if possible. I hope it helps!
