“Do I need to go to er?”
3 weeks of diarrhea and the last 72 hours extreme nausea and dizziness. I also have throbbing head pain and blurred vision

You should go to the ER only if you are having an emergency. Otherwise you can go to an urgent care or primary care office for diarrhea that lasts more than 3-4 weeks.
