I have a pressure headache?

I am a 40 year old male, I'm not on any medications, no past medical history. I've been healthy everything's all good except for 3 days ago he was mixing some lye drain cleaner and water together clean multiple sinks and I breathed in too many fumes I didn't have a mask or respirator I should have but I didn't and I think I inhaled too many of the fumes and it was 3 days ago and I've had a pressurized headache for 3 days, It hasn't gotten any better and it's getting a little bit worse slowly it feels like my brain is too big for my school and then it's going to pop and I'm worried should I go to the hospital what should I do what's happening. I think it might be lye poisoning. It's a pressurized headache.

First, please relax. If headache is your only symptom and you inhaled sodium hydroxide (lye), it will only irritate the lining of your sinus and cause a pressure-like pain. Wash the clothes you used while working with lye then try over-the-counter sodium nasal spray or a neti pot to help flush out the lye from the sinuses. Try lying down using ice over the sinus area. For a few days, you may try aspirin or tylenol or advil, but if the headache persists or you develop other symptoms, please see a physician.

If you feel it is poisoning or a medical emergency, you need to either call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
First, try to drink more water to flush your body and be more outside (somewhere in a park). I don't think you need to go to ER, but a physician opinion may be beneficial for you.
