“I need advice on if I should take aspirin 81mg?”

Hi, I have cardio data that says I have sinus rhythm, frequent premature ventricular contractions. My doctor told me to take aspirin 81mg. But I found that there are major side effects to that. Can someone tell me if the benefit outweighs the side effects? My doctor pretty much wants me to decide and I can't get the answer out of him.
