tTG-IgA test is a blood test for celiac disease.
tTG - IgA test for children and adults are the best and most reliable test with the tissue Transglutaminate IgA antibody ( tTG - IgA) together with an IgA antibody test to make sure that you are generating enough antibodies to get a more accurate test.
tTG and DGP are the main blood test to diagnose and monitor the disease.
More recently, a serological test for CD[64] has been demonstrated to show high sensitivity and specificity for CD patients who possess the DQ2. 5 allele and does not require the patient to be on a gluten-containing diet. Thank you.
Tissue transglutimase
Deaminated gliadin peptide
Endomysial antibody (most precise, but also the most expensive)
