“Medicine overuse?”
I ate 50 paracetamol of 500mg in 72 hours but nothing happened to me. Why? I felt an urge to sleep that's it.

Paracetamol is not indicated for sleep. I would advise you to follow up with urgent care to check for acute liver injury.
