“What could this be?”
I am 19 yrs of age. I have had a major headache for about a week. I am also nauseous and experience fatigue. I am extremely thirsty no matter how much I drink. I also missed my period, but I haven't had sex in around 2 months. I have had 2 periods since then and they were both heavy. Although I haven't gotten my period, I still have cramps. Are these things related? What could this be?

You need some lab work. The pituitary is a gland that controls the release of hormones through the body. If there is a hormone producing tumor, it could causing your symptoms.
