“Do I need to worry about general anesthesia?”
I'm going to have surgery under general anesthesia, and I'm really worried about it. Is general anesthesia usually safe?

Actually anesthesia is the only medical specialty that has reduced extremely morbility and mortality. But risks are still present. You must trust your doctors. They are prepared to deal and manage any complication.
