“What can I do to prevent my daughter's cold from getting worse?”
My 9 year old daughter is home with a bad cold. Lot's of coughing going on, along with stuffiness, mild body aches, and sneezing. Is there anything I can do to prevent her cold from getting worse?

Usually you can increase fluids orally and give tylenol for aches. Saline nose spray can open up the nasal passages. If she is coughing mucinex can help the cough and nasal congestion. If it persists she may need to be checked for sinusitis or bronchitis
