Avoid alcohol consumption, tobacco use, illicit drugs. Certain medications that are known to adversely affect embryo should be avoided. If you are not sure, always consult with your physician.
Way too complicated for this forum. Google 'What to expect when expecting".
You want to have intercourse every other day and not daily. If you need lube, make sure it is water based. No ibuprofen.

Tobacco, alcohol, drugs and please consult your physician if you are taking any medications regularly.
Start taking prenatal vitamins.
Take care !
I would avoid processed foods, smoking, alcohol, and too much caffeine. Also, try to minimize stress, and get enough sleep.
