View MoreWhen dealing with my fibromyalgia pains in the past I would always give myself a manicure as my self help therapy tool! The reason why I said 'past' is because I'm not able to give myself manicures at this time. Not enough space at my mom's place for that. Even though giving myself a manicure was such a blessing and relaxing time for myself such a tradition for me to be able to do at the time.
