Herniated Discs
50 woman with severe & constant pain. Multiple herniated discs C & T spine with stenosis. 2 lumbar fusion surgeries. Lumbar pain sharp, shooting & burning pain radiation to right hip/groin/leg/foot with loss of feeling & mobility. Pain, numbness & tingling right shoulder to fingers. Have done multiple rounds of physical therapy, 6 yrs pain management (including injections). Allergies to steroids, injections ineffective. Spine stimulater ruled out as option due to multiple severe MRSA cysts (removal & hospitalized). Current PM regiment 40mg oxycontin/2x day, 30mg oxycodone/4x day, 2mg Ativan/3x day. I have records of all MRIs, broken screw, allergies & current medications.
